What I read in 2014

I like the idea of keeping track of all the books I finish in a year’s time, but I generally don’t remember I want  to keep track of this until March, and it’s all blown to hell by then. Take that, January 6, I know what I’ve read this year, and I can start keeping track!

Some of these are re-reads (RR) and some are via Audible (A). Hey, a book is a book. I’m just glad I’m reading more than Buzzfeed posts and Etsy shop descriptions.

The End of the Affair by Graham Greene (A)

The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald

Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen

The Catcher in the Rye by J. D. Salinger (RR)

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone by J.K. Rohling

Elsewhere by Richard Russo

The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron

Slaughterhouse Five by Kurt Vonnegut (A)

The Fault in Our Stars by John Green

Tender is The Night by F. Scott Fitzgerald (A)

Straight Man by Richard Russo (A) (RR)

Smoke by Dorianne Laux

The Book of Men: Poems by Dorianne Laux

Ghost Diary by Lee Rossi

I Am Having So Much Fun Here Without You by Courtney Maum

Ron Carlson Writes a Story by Ron Carlson

—somewhere around here, I stopped keeping count. Just another New Year’s Resolution killed!
